When You Buy With Us
We gift 50% of the commission we receive back to you as a credit on closing: real money toward your closing costs, moving expenses, or your new home. Documented in writing, no fine-print surprises.

The Honest Fine Print
We believe a heartfelt program still deserves clear rules. You of all people know that trust is built on straight answers.
- Eligibility is verified before signing a representation agreement. A valid work ID, professional licence, recent pay stub, or employer letter is all we need.
- One Heroes Gift per household, per transaction. If both spouses serve, say a nurse married to a firefighter, we are doubly grateful, but the gift applies once.
- The gift applies to Fattal Realty Team's commission only and is documented in writing in your representation agreement, in accordance with Ontario real estate regulations.
- The Heroes Gift cannot be combined with any other offer, rebate, or promotion.
- The program may be updated or withdrawn at any time; the terms in your signed agreement always govern your transaction.
- Not intended to solicit buyers or sellers currently under contract with another brokerage.
