Baraa Fattal is a Grimsby-based REALTOR® and founder of Fattal Realty Team.
After coming to Canada as a refugee in 2001, Baraa built his life around hard work, community, education, and helping people move forward. His path into real estate came from seeing too many people make expensive mistakes when buying, selling, or investing. He wanted to give people clearer advice, better protection, and a more honest real estate experience.
Baraa brings over 12 years of experience in social media, marketing, sales, and consulting into his real estate practice. That background shapes how Fattal Realty Team works today: strong communication, modern marketing, practical education, and a deep focus on client satisfaction.
Based in Grimsby, Baraa is actively involved in the local community, volunteers extensively in and around town, and works with communities across Ontario. His style is straightforward, honest, educational, and client-first.
