Fattal Realty Team is a real estate team led by Baraa Fattal, REALTOR®, operating under Right at Home Realty, Brokerage - Burlington (the “Brokerage”) in the Province of Ontario, Canada. References to “we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Team” mean Fattal Realty Team. References to “you” or “your” mean any visitor to or user of this website.

Real estate commissions and fees are not set by law and are fully negotiable between the client and the Brokerage. Any commission, fee, or compensation arrangement applicable to your transaction will be set out in a written agreement with the Brokerage. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of any particular rate, fee, or arrangement.

2. How Compensation Is Earned and Paid

Compensation is typically earned and payable as set out in the applicable listing or representation agreement and the related transaction documents. Commission is generally paid to the Brokerage, and the Team is compensated by the Brokerage. The specific terms, amounts, and conditions are governed solely by the signed written agreements, which prevail over any general information provided here.

3. Disclosure of Interests

We will disclose any remuneration, referral fees, or interests we have in a transaction to the extent required by the Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2002 (TRESA) and applicable rules.
