Fattal Realty Team is a real estate team led by Baraa Fattal, REALTOR®, operating under Right at Home Realty, Brokerage - Burlington (the “Brokerage”) in the Province of Ontario, Canada. References to “we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Team” mean Fattal Realty Team. References to “you” or “your” mean any visitor to or user of this website.

We aim to comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) when sending commercial electronic messages (CEMs), such as emails and text messages.

2. Consent

By providing your contact information, contacting us, submitting a form, or entering into a relationship with us, you consent to receive commercial electronic messages from Fattal Realty Team and the Brokerage, including market updates, property information, newsletters, and promotional materials. We may also rely on implied consent and the existing business relationship and other exceptions permitted under CASL.
